Future and Hope

When you think of your future, do you have hope?  Are you fearful of being alone or that God has abandoned you?  Let me encourage you that when you belong to the Lord, you are never alone.  He thinks about you all the time.  Did you know God’s thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.  Since God’s thoughts are for your good, how do you respond?  Jeremiah had some encouraging words for us.  “Search for Me (God) with all your heart.”

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Jeremiah wrote, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.”  Jeremiah 29:11-13 (NKJV)
