Morning Thoughts – Friend Jesus

Friend Jesus

We friend people on social media. We have friends at work and school.
We spend time with them and they are so important to us – what would
we do without them? Proverbs said there is a friend who stays closer
than a brother. That friend is Jesus. Jesus is the only friend who can
forgive our sins. He has gone to prepare a place for us and will some day
return to take us with him.

Luke recorded, “When Jesus saw their faith, he said, “Friend, your sins
are forgiven.” Luke 5:20

Today, spend time with your friend Jesus.
