Morning Thoughts – Rejected

Rejected

Rejected is defined as “dismiss as inadequate, inappropriate, or not
to one’s taste.” Have you ever been rejected? If so, what was your
response? Did you dismiss the rejection and move forward? Jesus
did. He was rejected and despised and no one cared. Yet, he
continued toward the cross knowing the pain and suffering he would
endure. How about you? Are you willing to lay it all on the line for
your faith in Him? The day is coming when that may be necessary.
Decide NOW what you will do.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Isaiah recorded, “We despised him and
rejected him—a man of sorrows, acquainted with bitterest grief. We
turned our backs on him and looked the other way when he went by.
He was despised, and we didn’t care. Yet it was our grief he bore, our
sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a
punishment from God, for his own sins!” Isaiah 53:3-4 TLB

Today, embrace Jesus and don’t reject Him.

Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.
