Near

I was searching for a power cord for my sewing machine.  I searched all of my sewing things and could not find it.  Then I cleaned off the top of my table and found the very cord just laying there under some of my stuff.  In our lives we have a lot of stuff that keep us from finding the Lord each day.  Stuff that is of no consequence and stuff that will not help us when we are in need.  However, our Lord is near and all we have to do is seek Him and call upon Him.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Isaiah wrote, “Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:6 (KJV)
