Security

In this day and age, most everyone is concerned about security — home security, personal security and even national security.  What about your eternal security?  Have you given much thought to that.  All too often, we (even Christians) ponder our eternal security.  Can I be sure that when I die, I will go to heaven?  Just as in the beginning with Eve, Satan asked a question?  “Has God indeed said? He would like nothing better than to make you doubt the truths in God’s Word.  The Gospel of John has nailed it down for us all. 

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, John recorded the words of Jesus when He said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him Who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgement, but has passed from death into life” (John 5:24) (NKJV)
