Understanding

What is your understanding regarding your purpose?  When we think of
the here and now, we often get bogged down with daily responsibilities.
When we shift our focus to eternity, the here and now don’t seem to be
as important.  The Psalmist encourages us that God’s word gives
understanding to the simple.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the Psalmist wrote, “The unfolding of your words
gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.”  Psalm 119:130 (NIV)

Today, get understanding from God’s word.
