Wait

How are you at waiting?  If we looked at the numbers of people displaying road rage, we would probably all agree that as a people we get in a hurry and are not very good at waiting.  Have you heard “good things come to those who wait?”  The Psalmist had a few encouraging words for us about waiting on the Lord.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the Psalmist wrote, “Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.” Psalm 27:14 (KJV)
