Morning Thoughts – Delivered

Delivered

We deliver babies, newspapers, the mail, etc. Deliverance
requires effort. To be delivered from evil requires we be
surrendered and submitted to the Lord Jesus Christ as our
Saviour and Lord. As a child of God you have been delivered
from evil. Jesus in His model prayer said, “deliver us from evil. . .”

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “And that we may be
delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men
have not faith. But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you,
and keep you from evil.” 2 Thessalonians 3:2,3 (KJV)

Today, ask Jesus to forgive you and deliver you from evil.
