Conqueror

When you think of a conqueror, who comes to mind, perhaps, some of the early explorers of our country.  They left all they had and came to an unknown land and claimed it for their homeland – a new world – actually a new continent.  Do you ever think of yourself as a conqueror?  If you are a Christian, you are a conqueror.  Paul said nothing can separate us from Christ’s Love, which makes us a conqueror over the enemy of our souls.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, John wrote, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.” Romans 8:35,37 (KJV)

Today, live like a conqueror because of Christ’s Love for you.
