Day and Night
On this day we will have three to four hours of night in the middle of the day. Many will be watching the solar eclipse. During this time, rest assured that while we are watching the heavens and it’s splendor, our God is watching over us. He is our protector and defender and His loving kindness is ever present. His song will be sung over us during the night.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the Psalmist wrote, “Yet the Lord will command his loving kindness in the day time, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.” Psalm 42:8 (KJV)
