Directions
When Solomon was to succeed King David, his father, he was given the privilege of building the temple. He was also given instructions as to what his relationship with God should be like. Those instructions are applicable to us in that God wants us to have a relationship with Him.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, 1 Chronicles records, “As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a loyal heart and with a willing mind; for the Lord searches all hearts and understands all the intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will cast you off forever.” 1 Chronicles 28:9 (NKJV)
Today, seek God and He will be found by you.
