Faith

Faith

What is faith and where do we get it?  But more importantly, what are you doing with your measure of faith?  Hebrews 11:1 tells at us “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”  (Notice that word “NOW,” it means how you are using faith in the present, not how you had faith in the past.)  God gives every man the measure of faith.  But faith is like a muscle, when you don’t use it, it becomes weak.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.”  Romans 12:3 (KJV)

Today, exercise the measure of faith God has given to you and watch your faith become stronger.
