Faith – Where Do We Get It?

When we were young, we depended upon our parents to teach us about life in general – how to walk, swim, ride a bicycle etc.  We had faith in them to lead us.  We had to listen to them and follow their instructions.  Our relationship with God is no different.  We must listen to His word and follow His instructions.  When we do, He gives us the faith to believe. 

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17 (KJV)
