Following

If you are a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, cousin, or sibling, you have a following.  There are those around you who are following you.  They watch you and imitate or emulate you  They want to be like you.  When Jesus walked this earth, he called each of His disciples individually to follow Him.  He still individually calls people to follow Him.  Are you following Him?  Are you setting an example for others to follow?

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Luke recorded Jesus when He said, “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. Luke 9:23-24 (KJV)

Today, be a follower of Jesus.
