Great Things
Do you ever think about doing “great things?” Do you ever wonder what great things God wants to do for you? That’s right God wants to do “great things” for you. But, you say I’m not a person who can do great things. Think about the young girl, who was chosen by God to be the mother of our Lord. She wasn’t from a large city with an influential family with connections to influential people. She was an unassuming humble young girl with no idea God was going to do “Great Things” to her. The world was forever changed when Jesus was born.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Luke wrote, “And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name. Luke 1:46-47, 49 (KJV)
Today, open your heart and let God do “great things” to and through you.
