Hold Tight

Have you ever ridden a roller coaster?  In our day and time, truth has become like the roller coaster.  Everyone has their own “truth.”  However, there are no versions of truth.  We each must recognize that God’s word is truth and we are to hold tight to the truth of God’s love and our faith in Christ.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “Hold tightly to the pattern of truth I taught you, especially concerning the faith and love Christ Jesus offers you. Guard well the splendid, God-given ability you received as a gift from the Holy Spirit who lives within you.”  2 Timothy 1:13-14 (TLB)

Today, let no one convince you to abandon the truth of God’s word.  HOLD ON TIGHT.
