Laws

For what reason do we have laws?  It seems we have forgotten what
law and order is about.  Yet, the Psalmist referred to laws as righteous.
Yes, laws are righteous because laws lead us to our God, who was the
first law giver.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the Psalmist wrote, “I will praise you with an
upright heart as I learn your righteous laws.”  Psalm 119:7 (NIV)

Today, praise God and learn of His righteous laws that lead us to Him.
