Life

What is life to you? I have been thinking about that a lot lately. You see, my husband has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and I must take chemotherapy again for leukemia. So, I ask what is life? While reading 2 Timothy this morning, in the first verse, the best explanation I could ever ask for was right there in the first verse. “Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, according to the promise of life which is in Christ Jesus,” Life is in Christ Jesus.  He came that we might have life and have it more abundantly. (John10:10 KJV) While, it took a while to think of this time in my life as abundant, I am choosing to believe what the word of God says and enjoy each day. Life is in Jesus.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, John recorded, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10 (KJV)   Paul recorded, “But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:” 2 Timothy 1:10 (KJV)

Today, live life abundantly.  If you have never received Jesus as the Lord and Savior of your life, ask Him to come into your heart, forgive you of your sins and you will receive His new life.

Remember God Loves you and I Do Too.
