Mediator

Mediator

A mediator is “a person who attempts to make people involved in a conflict
come to an agreement; a go-between.”  Did you know we were in a conflict?
Our sin had separated us from God.  But out of His great love for His creation,
He provided a mediator – go between – Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us
that we might be reconciled to God.  If we have received Jesus then when we
sin, God looks upon the blood of Jesus, our mediator, who testifies of our faith
in Him and we are forgiven.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “For there is one God, and one mediator
between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all,
to be testified in due time.  1 Timothy 2:5-6 (KJV)

Today, give thanks to our Mediator, Jesus Christ.

Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.
