Morning Thoughts – Arise

Arise

Each day when the alarm goes off, we get up to face a new
day. How do you get up – “Good Morning Lord” or “Oh Lord
it’s Morning?” Many events of days past influence our thought
processes; however, the past is past and we can’t change it.
Today is a new Day. Isaiah had a few words to encourage us
about this new day.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Isaiah wrote, “Arise [from the
depression and prostration in which circumstances have
kept you—rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the
glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory
of the Lord has risen upon you!” Isaiah 60:1 (AMP)

Today, Arise and Shine for your light has come and the
glory of the Lord is upon you.
