Delivered

Delivered

Do you remember the delivery of your children?  Deliveries vary depending

on many factors – all of which can be described as painful.  Can you imagine
what it must have been like for Mary to deliver her baby in a stable – not the
cleanest place in the world, without the assistance of a midwife/doctor/nurse
or anesthesia?  Yet, the most significant birth of all time occurred and our
Savior was delivered.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Luke recorded, “And so it was, that, while they
were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And
she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes,
and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.”
Luke 2:6-7 (KJV)
Today, think about the delivery of our Savior – Born to be our Deliverer.
Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.
Remember God Loves You and I Do Too.
