Morning Thoughts – Peace

Peace

During the storms we experience in life, we ask, why are we going
through this storm? While there is not always an answer to that
question, there is hope for each of us during the storm. Christians
all over the world are being persecuted and killed. We understand
only in the concept of good vs. evil. There is evil in the world and
will be until Jesus sets all things right when He returns. In the
interim, He has left His peace with us.

Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and
bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let
your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing
yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves
to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]”
John 14:27 (AMP)

Today, pray for peace in those who are experiencing pain.
