Morning Thoughts – Seasons

Seasons

Looking out today to the wonder of this time of year, I realized how
much I love the seasons. The seasons of the year seem to bring refreshing
changes with traditions and hope. Solomon wrote of different seasons
other than seasons of the year. He spoke of seasons in our lives. Some
of those seasons are painful because they deal with events that are not
always pleasant. Never the less, those seasons happen to us all. It is what
we do in those painful and wonderful seasons that make us who we are.

For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven:
a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up
that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down,
and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn,
and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones
together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to s
eek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend,
and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love,
and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (ASV)

Today, regardless of your season, rejoice in the Lord who loves you so much.

Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.
Remember God Loves You and I do too.
