Morning Thoughts – The Word

The Word

I don’t know about you but I speak too many words. I think sometimes
about that scripture that says we will have to account for the words we
speak. Yet there is one Word that we can look to for hope. John said
that Word is Jesus Christ.

John, inspired by the Holy Spirit, wrote “In the beginning [before all time]
was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God
Himself. He was present originally with God. And the Word (Christ) became
flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile)
among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory
as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor,
loving-kindness) and truth.” John 1:1-2, 14 (AMP)

Today, spend some time in the Word and get to know THE WORD.
