Morning Thoughts – Vision

Vision

Having just had cataract surgery on my left eye, the importance of clear
vision has become evident. The right eye is to be done next month. I
can close the left eye and everything is dull and dim in comparison to the
new lens in my left eye. The colors in the right eye are not as bright as
what I see in the left eye. The cataract grew so gradually I had no idea just
how dim my vision was. If we are not careful, our hope and vision for our
walk with the Lord will also become dull and dim. There will not be the
clarity we need to stay focused on our call.

The Psalmist said, “Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your
law.” Psalms 119:18 (NIV)

Today, ask God to open your eyes to see the wonderful things He has for you.

Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.
