Others

Others

Have you heard it said, “You have to look out for number one?”  While me are to look out for ourselves, we are also to look out for others and help when we can. In the society in which we live, it seems as though we have become so selfish that we fail to consider the needs of others.  When we think only of ourselves, we miss many opportunities to bless someone and be blessed.  Paul said it best when he said, “Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.”

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.” Philippians 2:3-4 (NKJV)

Today, Look out for ways to help your neighbor.
