What kind of records do you keep?  Perhaps you keep tax records, health records, and many other records.  There is one record that none of us are to keep – a record of wrongs.  Why do you suppose that is?  I believe it is because keeping records of wrongs tends to make us hold onto the angry feelings and as medical science had discovered, anger tends to cause illness.  It weakens the immune system and ultimately harms us.  Therefore, it is time to let go of past wrongs and be healthier.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Solomon wrote, “Love is patient, love is kind. Love does not envy, is not boastful, is not conceited, does not act improperly, is not selfish, is not provoked, and does not keep a record of wrongs.” 1 Corinthians 13:3-4 (KJV)

Today, love your enemy and forgive them.  Then let go of the wrongs as if they never happened.

Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.

Remember God Loves you and I Do Too.
