Refuge

Refuge

“Refuge comes from a French word meaning “to flee,” and, in most cases,
a refuge is a place to flee to in order to get away from people or places that
are unsafe.”  When we are in trouble, it’s important to have a place of refuge.
God is our refuge from trouble.  He will never turn us away. He will give us
strength during the time of trouble.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the Psalmist wrote, “God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.”  Psalm 46:1 (NIV)

Today, seek refuge from our God who is our ever present help.

Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.
