Rejoice
When you hear the word rejoice, most likely you think that is something the pastor says we should do because of God’s great love, mercy and grace poured out on you. However, did you know, God rejoices over you with singing. He takes delight in you and because of His great love, He will no longer rebuke you. He is your champion. You are the apple of His eye.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Zephaniah records, “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.”
Zephaniah 3:17 (NIV)
Today, thank God for His Love, Mercy and Grace. Just know you are special to Him.
