Rescued

The day before Thanksgiving, my Mom had a heart attack.  And although she is doing well, at 91 she had an unexpected experience.  The Lord rescued her from the hands of the enemy.  Let me remind you that if you belong to the Lord and are having trials of any kind, your Good Shepherd is searching for you and will rescue you from the hands of the enemy.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Ezekiel recorded, “‘ For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I myself will search for my sheep and look after them.  As a shepherd looks after his scattered flock when he is with them, so will I look after my sheep.  I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a day of clouds and darkness.” Ezekiel 34:11-12 (NIV)
