Strong (Part 6)

Morning Thoughts – Strong (Part 6)

During your day, do you have people come to mind? That is the Lord bringing them to your mind so you can pray for them, or do you pass an accident or hear an ambulance in the distance? It is time to pray for those folks. So you don’t know what to pray – not to fear, the Holy Spirit, who lives within us does. In Romans 8:26-27, Paul recorded, “Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.”

Inspired by the Holy Spirit Paul wrote, “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;” Ephesians 6:10 – 17 (KJV)

Today, get into the word of God, stand strong and exercise your faith to battle those fiery darts the enemy throws your way and pray always for all saints.
