The Long Haul

A long haul truck driver knows that he will travel a great distance and will be gone from home for a long time.  On this journey called life just know there is something beyond this life and we are not home yet.  As a trucker depends upon his rig to keep him on the road toward home, we must depend upon God to help us reach home.  Isaiah said it best.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Isaiah recorded “And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you.”  Isaiah 46:4 (KJV)

Today, on your journey, be confident in God’s ability to carry you through this life and to your ultimate destination of home in heaven.  Give your heart and life to Jesus and watch carry you home.
