Is there any common ground for us on which to work together?  Some would say no and try to defend their position; however, we have only to look to Christ for common ground and unity.  Paul encourages us to live in harmony by showing love for each other and to be united as if we were only one person.  Difficult?  You bet!  But we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “Christ encourages you, and his love comforts you. God’s Spirit unites you, and you are concerned for others. Now make me completely happy! Live in harmony by showing love for each other. Be united in what you think, as if you were only one person.”  Philippians 2:1-2 (CEV)

Today, seek Christ in all situations and He will give you wisdom.
