What Love!

Have you given much thought about how much God loves you? Think about it! His word says “. . . He that touches you touches the apple of His eye;” He knows our thoughts and cares about the most intimate details of our lives.  His love for us was demonstrated on the cross when He allowed His only Son to freely give His life for our sins. He has made us His sons and daughters. God loves us with an everlasting love.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, John wrote, “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 1 John 3:1-2 (KJV)  

Today, let the Love of God wash over you as a breath of fresh air and feel His presence.  If you have never received Jesus as the Lord and Savior of your life, ask Him to come into your heart, forgive you of your sins and you will receive His new life.
