Peace

Who doesn’t want Peace?  Peace in our world, peace in our families, peace on the job and personal peace.  The true road to Peace for our world, families, jobs and personal lives is through Jesus Christ.  We can only be responsible for ourselves and yet, our responsibilities for our world, families, jobs and personal lives calls us to prayer.  Our only hope for peace is personal one on one devotion to Jesus.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)

Today, take responsibility for your personal peace and pray for the peace of Jesus in our world, our families and on our jobs.

Jesus is coming soon – for all, believers and non-believers alike.  It is the reception that makes the difference for all eternity.
