Fellowship

Fellowship

 

Fellowship is “friendly association, especially with people who share one’s

interests.” With whom do you have fellowship? John said, “if we walk in

the light as He is in the light we have fellowship with one another. . .” It

would seem that our fellowship with one another is dependent upon our

walking with Jesus. In Christ, we are joined together and united we can

stand because of Him.

 

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, John wrote, “But if we walk in the light, as he is

in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus,

his Son, purifies us from all sin. 1 John 1:7 (NIV)

 

Today, fellowship with others, who walk in the light of Christ. The fringe

benefit is that Christ purifies us from all sin.
