Hope is usually a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. What are you hoping for in the future? Are you excited about that for which you are hoping? Peter said God has begotten us to a “lively hope.” Think about that – a lively hope – a hope that is full of life and energy; active and outgoing. Are you full of life and energy when you think about the resurrection of Jesus and all that it means to us.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Peter records, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 1 Peter 1:3 (KJV)
Be Blessed ad Be a Blessing.
