Morning Thoughts – Don’t Mention It

Don’t Mention It

The phrase “don’t mention it” can have several different meanings;
however, the most common use is “you’re welcome” or “glad to do
it.” Did you know God will not mention your past sins or recall them?
What an awesome comfort to know Our God is forgiving and will not
bring up our past sins to us. So if you have regret and guilt about old
sins, it is not God who is reminding you of them. Thank Him for your
forgiveness – He says you are welcome.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Zephaniah recorded, “The Lord your God is
in the midst of you, a Mighty One, a Savior [Who saves]! He will rejoice
over you with joy; He will rest [in silent satisfaction] and in His love He
will be silent and make no mention [of past sins, or even recall them];
He will exult over you with singing. Zephaniah 3:17 AMP

Today, confess your sins and never have them mentioned to you again.

Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.
Remember God Loves You and I Do Too.
