Morning Thoughts – For The Long Haul

For The Long Haul

When you became a Christian, you received the power of
God to guide you. But did you know you received God’s
protection even to your old age? Jesus said He would be
with us always even until the end of the age. God’s
commitment to you is for the long haul. How about your
commitment to God? Are you in it for the long haul?

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Isaiah wrote, “Even to your old
age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I
have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I
will rescue you.” Isaiah 46:4 (NIV)

Today, no matter your circumstances, rest in His promise to
sustain, carry and rescue you for the long haul.
