When I was in elementary school, our principal told us we should set goals. If we didn’t set goals, we had no focus and would be like ships aimlessly moving upon the sea – letting the waves of life take us wherever they would. As a Christian, we have goals set for us with a prize – the call of God. He has a course set for us we simply must Press On.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Hebrews records, “I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:14 (NKJV)
Today, run the race God has for you and Press On toward the goal.
