Medicine

Many are experiencing sickness due to the pandemic. Some of the illnesses are related to isolation and confinement. So, how do we overcome depression, anxiety and fear associated with our current situation?  I once heard this – first the thought, then the mulling over of that thought, then the words confirming that thought and finally the indwelling reality of that thought.  Proverbs 23:7a says, For as a person thinks within himself, so is he. . .  Just as we have no control over the birds, who fly over our heads, we have no control over the thoughts that come into our minds; however, just as we do not let the birds nest in our hair, neither are we to let the damaging thoughts linger in our minds.  Rebuke those thoughts of depression, despair, fear, anxiety in the name of Jesus.  Our God is able to deliver you.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Solomon wrote, “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.” Proverbs 17:22 (KJV)

Today, think merry thoughts and be healed.

Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.

Remember God Loves you and I Do Too.

Jesus is coming – are you ready?
