Morning Thoughts – Belonging

Belonging

A basic human need is to feel loved and that you belong to a family,
a church, or a group of friends. When we belong, there is that sense
of acceptance. When you belong to Jesus, you are His, whether you
are alive or dead. There is great peace in knowing that belonging to
Jesus in this life leads to eternal life.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “For whether we live, we live
unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we
live therefore, or die, we are the Lord’s.”
Romans 14:8 KJV

Today, be at peace if you belong to Jesus. If you don’t belong to Him,
