Morning Thoughts – The Search

The Search

Have you ever really wanted something and when you got it, discovered
that it really didn’t satisfy? That is because we have been born with a hole
in our being? That hole is a God shaped hole. We try to put everything in
that hole, cars, boats, houses, clothes, and a host of things. Yet, that God
shaped hole is only satisfied by God himself.

Jeremiah wrote, “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all
your heart. Jeremiah 29:13 (NIV)

Today, seek God and He will be found by you.
