During the Christmas Season, I heard a song entitled, Why Can`t Everyday Be Like Christmas, by Elvis Presley. Some of the lyrics were `Why can`t everyday be like Christmas – What a wonderful world this would be.`  While thinking on this concept of why everyday can`t be like Christmas, I realized after Christmas, our lives return to the day to day routine.  For those brief few days, we experience Jesus in a closer more personal way.  Jesus came to make us new creatures and to transform us from the darkness of this world into His marvelous light.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, John records, “And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.” Revelation 21:5 (KJV)

Today, Focus on Jesus and let Him make all things new in your life during this New Year.
