Have you ever been so weary that you simply had to rest? Rest is so important. Now, I’m not talking about sleep; but rest – rest of spirit, soul and body. True rest is refreshing and helps you to go forward. The Psalmist said, His soul finds rest in God. The rest God provides is not only refreshing; but reviving. He encourages and gives us hope.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the Psalmist wrote, “Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him. Psalm 62:1 (NIV)
Today, find rest for your soul in God.
