Loving

How loving are you?  Of course, we love our family and friends; however, do you love your enemies?  I will be the first to admit this is not always easy to love those who are not loveable; but we are called to do just that. To be loved is one of the most important needs of mankind. So, why does God want us to love one another? It’s because He IS Love and wants the world to know His Love.  As Christians, we are God’s arms, feet, and hands and have the opportunity to spread God’s Love to the world.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, John wrote, “Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.  He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.” 1 John 4:7-8 (KJV)

Today, love one another.
