Morning Thoughts – Furnished

Furnished

To furnish is “to provide with what is needed.” Long before we were
born, God knew our needs. He provided for every aspect of our lives.
Not only did He give us His Son, Jesus, He gave us His written word
for instruction so we are thoroughly furnished for good works. He
wants only the best for us.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Timothy records, “All scripture is given
by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for
correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may
be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”
2 Timothy 3:16-17 (KJV)

Today, be furnished for good works. Get into God’s Word and learn
how to truly live.
